Technical Specialist/ Sr Technician/ Technician (Equipment) - Cmp Department

Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities : 1. To perform scheduled and preventative maintenance (PM) programs on advanced metrologyand IC process equipment2. To perform PM's and Gauge R&R's on advanced metrology and IC process equipment3. To calibrate advanced metrology and IC process equipment4. To receive equipment vendor training for all major process and metrology tools & transferthis knowledge to other members of the team5. To follow established Equipment PM Specifications and various written procedures6. To assist in the installation and qualify advanced IC Metrology and Process Equipment7. To support equipment engineers' activities in improving equipment uptime and cost reduction programs8. To assist Production as needed to ensure Production targets are met9. To be proactive in resolving tool issues.10. To comply with procedures stipulated in SilTerra Environmental Management System.11. To ensure safe working environment12. To comply with requirements of SilTerra EMS13. To participate in the Emergency Response Team (ERT)14. To follow and comply with any procedures and measures stipulated in these following SilTerra?s Management Systems: i.Quality Management System- ISO 9001 ii.Hazardous Substance Process Management System- IECQ QC080000iii.Environmental Management System- ISO 14001iv.Occupational Health & Safety Management System- ISO 45001v.Automotive Quality Management System - IATF 16949vi.Information Security Management System - ISO/IEC 27001 Job Authority : 1.Shutdown the production line if observe any abnormality on process & equipment.2.To release tool for manufacturing from X-site system. Requirements: Job Requirement : Education required:Minimum Diploma or Certificate holder in related field. Years of experience:-N/A (for Technician)-Minimum 3 years working experience (for Senior Technician and Technical Specialist) Skills / Abilities:1. Ability to effectively communicate in the English language2. Ability to effective communicate in Bahasa Malaysia3. Able to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings4. Team Player5. Detailed oriented, well organized, results oriented, and self motivated6. Proficient with PC's and PC applications software7. Knowledgeable in electronics and mechanical systems. Familiar with IC methodologies andequipment and clean room practices8. Capable of working both in groups, and independently9.
