Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**- Attend tickets on ID/access management. This covers ID creation, reset password, unlock IDs, provision and de-provisioning access, open table access and provide Privileged IDs for Application team. This is for both Production and UAT environment.- Conduct annual access review which includes reviews on user ID and roles.- Perform off boarding process which included ID deletion/ termination for resigned staffs or transferred.- Remote Support access and distribution of RSA tokens.- Perform UAT on ID Administration module and provide requirements to Application Team.- Reporting and extraction of listings.- Maintaining all related documentation including SOP, Guidelines and access matrix.**Requirements**:- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT / Computers- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support & ID management- Good knowledge in diagnostic and troubleshooting skills- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills- Possess a good command and written skill in English, Bahasa Malaysia- Self-motivated and good team player- Highly committed and able to work with mínimal supervision**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 6 months**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- How long is your notice period to your current employer?- Are you Malaysian?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
