Technical Support

_Responsibilities:_- To liaise with clients and contractors with excellent service- Able to perform all ELV service, troubleshooting, installation, testing & commissioning- To document installation & service actions by completing forms, report & records- To monitor site progress of installation works and schedule provided- Good in hardware & software knowledge/PC Setup & dismantle- Requirements:_- Good teamwork, multi-tasking and able to work independently under mínimal supervision- Applicants must be willing to work on Saturdays (full day) and OT if required- Applicants must possess own car and possess driving license (B2, D and GDL)- Applicants must possess a Diploma in Information Technology/ relevant- Able to start immediately- Fresh are welcome to apply**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shift- On call- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Electrical Wiring: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- CIDB License (preferred)- Driving License (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)
