Technical Trainer

**Responsibilities**:- **Training Development**:- Analyze training needs through stakeholder discussions and feedback to identify skill gaps and knowledge deficiencies.- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals and objectives.- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, simulations, exercises, and online resources.- Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and incorporate them into your training programs.- **Training Delivery**:- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in various formats, including in-person classes, online webinars, and one-on-one coaching.- Utilize effective communication and instructional techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and adapt to audience needs.- Facilitate hands-on learning opportunities and provide personalized support to ensure understanding and skill development.- **Evaluation and Improvement**:- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance measurement.- Identify areas for improvement and refine training materials and delivery methods based on data and feedback.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs remain relevant and aligned with evolving needs.**Qualifications**:- **Industrial Quality Control (MC- 041-2:2012)****Electronic Components And Boards Testing, Troubleshooting ANd Maintenance (C261-001-2:2020**- DKM/DLKM/Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, computer science, instructional design, or other related discipline.- Minimum 3 of Industrial experience in the respective fields.- Demonstrated expertise in the specific technology or software program(s) relevant to the position.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.- Ability to adapt to changing needs and work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.**Job Type**: Part-timeExpected hours: 35 per week
