This role is integral to our commitment in enhancing the skills and competency of our field professionals.Your key responsibilities- Administer all internal & external training programs for our field professionals;- Assist in the development and maintenance of the technical competency framework;- Identify skills gaps and work with business to align training programs with competency requirements;- Evaluate effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback collection and analyze training data to identify areas for improvement;-- Oversee the engagement of interns from recruitment and onboarding to mentorship and evaluation, providing a positive and educational experience;- Serve as a key contact point for managing and recording training activities within Workday learning platform.What you will need to be successful- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;- Strong knowledge of technical competency frameworks and training best practices;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;- Detailed oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities;- Good in stakeholder management, internal and external.- If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.- Otis is the world's leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
