Technical Writer (Bahasa Malaysia & English)

Job Description Collaborate with project teams and product manager to gather information and understand client report and document requirement; Create, edit and maintain  client report and  documentation; Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand reports and documentation that meet the writing style and requirements of our projects especially for the public sector projects; Edit and proofread documentation for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; Provide copywriting support for project and marketing materials, website content, and other collateral; Develop storyboards and scripts; Keep documentation up-to-date with product changes and new releases; and Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field; Minimum 8 years of working experience with minimum 5 years of proven experience as a technical writer, especially in public sector projects; Familiarity with public sector documentation writing style and requirements; Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail; Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts. Experience working with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word; Familiarity with document versioning;   Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously; and Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
