Define and analyse the target audiences for complex documentation project in order to understand their business environment and to identify their information requirements and any knowledge gaps. Define and obtain approval on the documentation set, the delivery media and the project plan, for more complex documentation projects. Write, revise and control texts in time for the project's completion so as to satisfy users' information requirements relating to products/services and ensuring consistency, relevance, accuracy and readability across all SWIFT products. Ensure the documentation is reviewed for accuracy by the appropriate parties and is signed off by accountable parties before publishing Conduct peer reviews (with IT project team, product management and customer facing colleagues) and incorporate feedback from pilot users and usability tests. Review and edit documentation ensuring consistency, relevance, accuracy and readability and ease of use across all SWIFT products Coordinate and supervise a documentation project team and ensure documentation project remains synchronised with the development project Assist less experienced writers and share knowledge/experienceSWIFT doesn't stand still.
