**Responsibilities**:- Conduct audience (End-user, Service personnel) and task needs analysis for documentation.- Research and gather technical information be the user advocate for the products documented.- Work with engineers and other technical specialists to translate their knowledge into documentation.- Deliver the technical documentation for the company's product and related technology to the staff, employees, service partners, and customers in the product/service installation instructions, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, online help, user tasks, and release notes.- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop training and documentation solutions.- Conduct user testing to gauge users understanding on newly developed material.**Requirements**:- Relevant experience with minimum 3 years or more and technically literate with an interest in continually learning about new technologies.- Relevant education and a strong interest in writing and technology.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail as well as ability to write compelling and engaging copy.- Time management and organization skills.- Experience with tools such as Madcap Flare, FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, Microsoft Office, and content management/source control tools such as Subversion and GitLab.- Experience using CSS, HTML, single-sourcing, and online help/documentation outputs.**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- Do you have relevant experience with minimum 3 years or more and technically literate with an interest in continually learning about new technologies?- Do you have experience with tools such as Madcap Flare, FrameMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Jira, Microsoft Office, and content management/source control tools such as Subversion and GitLab. ?- Do you have experience using CSS, HTML, single-sourcing, and online help/documentation outputs?
