We are looking for a talented, energetic, results-oriented person who loves working in a fast-paced, multinational environment. You will be working as part of a product leadership and management team to plan, develop, edit, and review operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures, application notes, product promotional content, for paper, multimedia, or web-based publication. You will research and conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation. From an understanding of the industry and products, you are responsible to birth compelling content that communicate succinctly to the reader. From an understanding of the market environment and competition, you sway discerning customer preference towards our products through crystal clear description of our benefits against the competition. You will recommend formats responsive to technical and customer requirements.
You will be trained on Keysight’s instruments that you will be responsible for. In turn, you are responsible to develop content plans for the products and execute to produce the content or review the content from your teammates. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the content, ensuring that they are fresh. You are also responsible to manage the content in our digital platforms, so that they can be retrieved on-demand.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic customer-orientated engineer with very strong language background, especially in English. You love learning about innovative solutions and writing about them. You are very observant and can read anybody like a book. You are organized and multi-task well in a vibrant environment.
Location :
Based in Penang. Travel occasionally required to customers’ location for customer and application research.

- Bacheloror Degree or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent,in electrical or computer engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills, especially in English
- Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
- Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills
- Solution orientated and result driven
