PROSTHETIC AND ORTHOTIC TECHNICIAN
JOB SCOPE
- Involves in the fabrication process of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Fabrication processes involve plastic draping and moulding , grinding, and various other process in making prosthesist and orthosist.
- Repair or modify prosthetic and orthotic devices according to prosthetist and orthotist instruction.
REQUIREMENT
- Knowledgeable in the operation of machineries such as router machine , industrial convection oven and various powered tools and hand tools.
- Education level : Professional Certificate, Diploma/Graduate in the field of Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic
- At least 1 year of working experience in the area of Manufacturing/Production operation or equivalent.
- Discipline and ability to work independently to work under stress.
- Willing to learn and fast learner.
