Technician / Handyman

**Handyman responsibilities include**:- Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, and managing maintenance repairs.- Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances.- Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.- Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns including HVAC system and electrical appliances- Respond to clients' maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems.- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools.- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems.- Able to do the welding job for basic fabrication.- Conduct performance assessments of company appliances.- Provide clients' with support and guidance on maintaining their equipment.Job requirement:- At least 1 year of working experience in the construction or Handyman related field.- Able to work with minimum supervision and able to multi task.- Malaysian citizen only (with valid MyKad).- Must be willing to work in Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.- Posses own transport.- Self-starter with good time management skills.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 24 months**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (required)**Experience**:- Service technician: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 12/15/2023Expected Start Date: 01/01/2024
