Technician Handyman

Assists the maintenance team in the diagnosis for repair;- Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service and repairs requests as assigned;- Perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of general building, meeting rooms and office areas which includes of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks;- Execute preventative maintenance assignments for all assigned projects. Keep records of repair and preventive maintenance activities;- Assist in monitoring all works being performed by outside contractors;- Responsible for alerting the Building Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur;- Ensures that all issues are dealt with as quickly as possible in line with the company policies.- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, tenants and fellow employees.- Establish good teamwork with related departments in carrying out routine maintenance, shutdown and minor project works.- Ensure strict compliance on health and safety policy established by the company and follow established house rules.- To perform basic electrical maintenance, basic mechanical and civil works.- General plumbing works i.e to repair leaking pipes and taps, unblocking toilets and stacks, repairing sinks, urinals and attend to new request.- General carpentry such as hanging posters and frames, maintaining furniture's, repairing doors and frames.- General cement works i.e flooring, tiling, wall repair and make good carpets, general painting and decorating.- Regular inspecting of building, structures and undertaking repairs or to advise superior of any need to replace or rebuild.- To report all problems and failures that may impact the organization operation and client.- Adhere to compliance, agreed codes, by law and health and safety.- Assisting day to day care and maintenance of building premises, gardens, landscaping and potted plants.- Liaise with the team members and carry out planned tasks in accordance with contract requirements.- Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with the work.- Adhere to organization policies and procedures.- Able to come back to the site after office hours for emergency cases.**Salary**: From RM2,100.00 per monthSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 11/07/2023
