Details of the offer

Repair damaged equipment and any damaged parts.- Ensure the electrical system is in good condition.- Ensure Lift system in good condition and safe for public.- Ensure Standby Generator is in good condition when TNB power supply breakdown.- Inspect Fire Protection System and make sure it is in good condition in term of Fire.- Maintain a plumbing system and ensure water tank supply in good condition.- Regularly check all equipment's to ensure the equipment's are in good condition.- Carry out inspections of buildings supervised by other Technicians.- Conduct inspections and preparing schedules for repairing jobs.- Monitor the landscape and ensure all lighting surrounding are in good working condition**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 11/13/2023
