Technician

Perform routine maintenance around building - Switch on & off all electrical points (accessible) before & after business hours - Work closely with Senior Technician & Executive Operation - Working on damaged electrical wiring when short circuit occurs - Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries - Attend joint inspection with tenant's contractor related to fitting out & reinstatement works - Conduct inspection of common areas within the shopping Centre & tenant's premises when necessary - Record & update daily maintenance & inspection reports - Inspect firefighting & protection equipment such as leakage & aircon issues - Inspect firefighting & protection equipment such as fire extinguishers & fire hose reels - Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works as directed by supervisor - Requisite necessary parts to carry out repairs & maintenance - Practice workplace health & safety standards such as wearing personal protection accessories whenever needed - Ensures that all workshop tools & equipment are well stocked & maintained - Provides support to the marketing department during festive seasons & setup of display or decorations - Any other duties as may be designated by the companyDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
