Technician

Responsibilities: Assemble, calibrate, and test musical instruments and audio equipment within a manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot and repair production line equipment and tools related to instrument manufacturing. Perform quality control checks to ensure instruments meet design specifications and quality standards. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine instrument manufacturing processes. Document production processes and results, maintaining accurate records of assembly procedures and quality assurance measures. Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing techniques to enhance efficiency and product quality. Requirements: Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Technician within a manufacturing environment, specifically in musical instrument production. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment related to electronic and acoustic musical instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematic drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and precision in handling complex assembly tasks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and productivity.
