Technician Maintenance

Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM)In your new role you will:- Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM)- Perform standard calibration on the PM equipment.- Fill up PM documentation as required (ex-checklist, TECO) Parts or consumables preparation for PM Carry out routine check and recording on the tool parameters.- Perform consumable/medium change out. Perform rebuild or service of parts/assemblies/swap kits.- Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment- "Report and Escalate abnormality"- Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties- Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances (Leakage / 5S) Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom &Safety Protocol- Assist internal maintenance technicians when PM activities completed.- Perform rebuild or service of parts/assemblies/swap kits.- Diagnose and replace worn parts in PM equipment- "Report and Escalate abnormality"- Ensure that safety standards are maintained in the course of performing duties- Ensure that the facility areas and work environment are free of hazardous objects and substances (Leakage / 5S) Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom &Safety Protocol- Assist internal maintenance technicians when PM activities completedYou are best equipped for this task if you have:- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering- Able to work in 12 hour shiftIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.**Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
