By narrowly defining the Core Purpose, you're able to define what's needed to solve the existing business challenge(s) Assists ME in planning, development and implementation of methods, processes, and automation techniques, for new and existing processes and products in shift Direct involvement in solving technical problems for product & process related operation issue in shift Demonstrates the use of yellow belt six sigma skill in problem solving method and excel in learning new automation equipment process and program fine tuning Establish documentation for new process steps,equipment, including operating instructions, quality alert, form & fit functional test. Assist ME in performing assigned manufacturing assembly tasks related to CAR & engineering runs Assist ME in trouble shooting process issues contributing to Low 1st Pass yield and reporting in the shift Involve in manufacturing process development/automation and assembly process monitoring for NPI, engineering runs, NON-POR build, critical workstations & assembly compliances. Conduct the NON- POR Assembly trainings based on checklist for Supervisor and operators. Other duties as assigned. In this role you will: What are the expected outcomes? Good knowledge on assembly jigs and fixture design. Good knowledge in WIP manufacturing execution system will be an added advantage.
