Technician- Mechanical/Electrical/Instruments

**Responsibilities**:**Duties**- To do daily regular inspection and maintenance.- To make sure the working area are in safe condition.- To maintain the workshop safe working condition and housekeeping.- To participate in improvement and project task.- To take and key in daily utility meter reading.- To upkeep and maintain building facility.**Responsibility**- To make sure the equipment and machineries are well maintain according to specification.- To response to any jobs request by customer/stake holder.- To make sure all maintenance documents are well maintain.- To record daily maintenance activities.- To record all spare parts replacement.- To report to superior if any unsafe act/condition.**Requirements/Qualification**- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia, English- Experience in processing and packaging plant: petrochemical/refining/palm oilUnderstanding in P&ID and electrical drawing.- Basic knowledge in control systems.**Required skills**- Required skills for mechanical:Pump Alignment, welding skill ( argon/arc/cutting skill), Fabrication skill (piping/steel works), Alignment skill ( familiar with rotating equipment's), Packing Machine Service, Use of Vibration Tools.- Required skills for Electrical:A0/A1/A4 competence chargeman certificate by energy commissioner- Required skills for Instrument:Basic knowledge in instruments testing and calibration.
