Technician - Production

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- To monitor and record parameters of production process as stated in the work instruction and carry out adjustment according to instructions.- To monitor abnormality in the process control or defective products and report to the Production Supervisor.- Basic troubleshooting at line to prevent unscheduled downtime (burner, dosing pump, blower belting, auto valve, motor, pump, piping)- To ensure round brush, coagulant brush and flat brush setting is meeting the specification- To ensure all lubricant/grease is done by workshop- Provide data collection for broken and crack former to plant engineer for improvement- To ensure all line is dipping with parameter set by process control ruler (pH, chemical dosing, temperature, dipping level, latex and coagulant maturation time control)- Basic quality defect troubleshooting (bubble, chemical/cleaning issue, lump, visual defect, touching, knocking)- To ensure productivity is high with minimum wastage- To liaise closely with QC,QA department and process engineer on quality matters- To ensure ISO quality system are carried out effectively- To carry out any other assignment as and when required by the superior**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma in chemical or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years working experience as Production Technician- Can work shift- Willing to work on weekend, rest day on weekdays**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Technical: 2 years (preferred)- Gloves Industry: 1 year (preferred)**Location**:- Kuala Selangor (preferred)
