Technician Quality Control - Automotive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**- To maintain & perform product inspection from incoming, in-process and outgoing stations.- Assist QA/QC Executive in collecting quality data as required.- Support the production on quality specification requirement.- To ensure all parts are within the required standard and monitor the implementation of various process control activities.- Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or company finished products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurement.- Raise Daily Rejection Report.- To update rejection control chart.- Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration.- Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.- To assist on conducting and documentation process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.- Assist in the writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists.- Involved in all activities related to the performance of the unit such as 5'S', TPM, Kaizen, ICC and/or any activities prescribe by his/her superior.**Requirement**:- Male and possess minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in engineering (Industrial/Quality/Material/ Mechanical) / or equivalent.- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in a quality control environment.- Required skill(s): Basic knowledge on QC Tools- Computer literate - Excel / Words / PowerPoint- The ability to work under pressure and multitask.- Fully completed 2 doses of vaccination.- Range Salary:
