Technician Reliability

In your new role you will: Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ability to differentiate package types and load boards/tools to use for stress execution. Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification. Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities. Know-how in reliability stress testing eg. Environmental, Electrical/ Functional, and acoustics stress testing. Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis. Understand machine working mechanism and able to perform PM CAL activities. You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Certification or Diploma in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification. Minimum 1 – 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred). Fresh college graduates are encourage to apply. Good communication (written and verbal) and working experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications. Driving decarbonization and digitalization. Together.
