Pursues continuous learning to maintain thought leadership in their specialty.Primary responsibilities for this role include:- Lead business development with new and existing customers- Provide Project Management, Project Risk Management, Change Management and Biz Improvement oversight and direction across number of Biz engagements.- Lead project requirement, data analytic, gap analysis, feasibility study in support of customer engagements- Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.- Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.- Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.- Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.- Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.- Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.- Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.- Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.- Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.- Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.**Qualifications**:Qualifications:Applicants currently possess and/or are committed to rapidly improving their abilities in the following areas:- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent degree with relevant Project Management, Transition Change Management work experiences.
