**Title : TechOps Apps Consultant (Open for FRESHERS)**Duration : 12 months (Extension possible)Language : Proficient in writing and speaking MandarinWork Location : Menara Etiqa, Level 12 - Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur**Panel input : Open for freshers with IT skills knowledge /internship with proficiency in Mandarin****Job Description**:- For Apps and Games Review (Mobile Apps/ Games Development or Testing Background)- Review developer's apps and games across multiple device form-factors and locales based on established internal and external quality and performance criteria, policies, tools and processes.- Identify improvements pertaining to app/game quality, functionality, as well as compliance to Android platform requirements and Google Play Store policies.- Perform localization review of apps and games, optimizing for local market experience.- Compose and communicate detailed feedback to developers, and provide follow up and support. If applicable, identify, reproduce, and file internal bugs to appropriate owners.- Escalate policy issues as required.Requirement- Must have:- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience expected.- BS degree or equivalent practical experience, degree in CS, Eng, and/or UX Design preferred.- Experience with developing and/or testing mobile apps and games running across multiple device form factors and providing technical and editorial feedback.- Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as required by location.- Ability to work cross-functionally on day-to-day execution with teams based around the globe, as well as provide insights to improve business processes related to internal and partner support.- Preferred background- Hands-on experience with quality testing and performance analysis tools for mobile, such as Android Vitals, Firebase Test Lab, Play Pre-launch reports, Crashlytics, or other tools.- Prior experience in customer/partner support or relationship management.- Prior testing experience in identifying, reproducing, diagnosing and reporting bugs.- Working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Kotlin or Python.- Working knowledge of client/server/cloud architecture and common network protocols.- Working understanding of typical mobile app business models, such as ads, IAP, premium, freemium, subscriptions.- Self-motivated, meticulous and detail-oriented.Characteristics to look for:- Passionate about mobile apps and games, and working with developers- Able to work under time pressure and prioritize effectively- Enjoys working independently, as well as in team environments- Customer Service and/or Partner Relations background, preferably in technical environment- Familiarity with Google internal tools, e.g. Cases, ADAM, PLX, Marmot, Google3, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)
