**Responsibilities**:- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in effective communication.- Introduce and promote our products or services to generate interest and qualify leads.- Employ active listening skills to understand customer requirements and address inquiries.- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotional offers.- Follow a structured sales script while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.**Requirements**:- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, customer-focused approach.- Goal-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Familiarity with basic computer proficiency. (Excel/Powerpoint)- Resilience and ability to handle objections with a positive attitude.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- High school/ Diploma required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.- Knowledge of the industry or prior experience with similar products/services is beneficial.**Job Types**: Part-time, New-Grad**Salary**: RM8.00 per hourExpected hours: 32 - 40 per week**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payApplication Question(s):- Are you able to work from Monday - Friday (9.30am - 5.30pm) daily for at least a month?- Are you able to work in our office location located at Damansara Uptown?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa Malaysia (required)- Chinese (preferred)Application Deadline: 03/31/2024Expected Start Date: 03/18/2024
