**Responsibilities**:- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and engage in effective communication.- Introduce and promote our products or services to generate interest and qualify leads.- Employ active listening skills to understand customer requirements and address inquiries.- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotional offers.- Follow a structured sales script while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.**Requirements**:- Strong verbal communication skills and a persuasive, customer-focused approach.- Goal-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Familiarity with basic computer proficiency.
