**Job Summary**:The Telemarketing Executives will require to perform their call centre duties as Telemarketeers at their division to extend our services to a list of qualified prospects.**Responsibilities**:Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Melayu & confident. Mandarin is an added advantageTraining is provided to enhance and prepare you.Preferably 2 years call centre or CS backgroundFresh graduate is encouraged to applyGood commissionResolves customer complaints and grievances.Performs other related duties as assigned.**Required Skills/Abilities**:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent sales and customer service skills.- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team professionally.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.**Education and Experience**:- Diploma or equivalent required.- At least 3 years of successful telemarketing experience required.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandar Tasik Selatan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- When can you start join us?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 3 years (preferred)
