**WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists- Introduce products/services to prospects and effectively communicate key features and benefits- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations- Build and maintain rapport with prospects to establish trust and credibility- Gather and document relevant information obtained during calls, including contact details and customer preferences- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our consultants- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting- Manage incoming calls from clients and escalate urgent inquiries to the person in charge for mitigation- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve sales objectives- Stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and best practices**KEY REQUIREMENTS**- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is an advantage- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to succeed- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and processes- Strong organizational and time management skills- Mandarin speaker is an advantage**WHAT WE OFFER**- Good basic pay with attractive benefits- Professional development and growth- Supportive team members and mentors- Positive and cheerful working environmentPay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development
