Telemarketing Agent (E-Commerce)

Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).- Manage / store customer information on the company system- Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales- Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed**Job Requirements**:- Voice clear, fluent, good communication.
