Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.**As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Telemarketing Executive (Cantonese Speaker - Work from Home) **to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the Hong Kong market.- Whatsapp details to +601133526043 (Kesha)_**Position**- Telemarketing Executive (Cantonese - Speaker - Work from Home)- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.- Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.- Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.**Job Requirements**- Excellent Cantonese language skills for the Hong Kong market.- Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints- Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.- Good time management and organisational skills.- SPM and above**Salary**- Basic RM 5000- Commission Pay**Benefits**- Training Provided- Birthday Leave- Annual Leave- Medical Leave- EPF, Socso- Maternity leave**Expected Start Date**:- Immediate- Monday to Friday ( 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m )**Salary**: RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional development- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission payAbility to Commute:- Malaysia (required)Ability to Relocate:- Malaysia: Relocate before starting work (required)
