Telemarketing Executive - English Speaker

Job Descriptions:- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.- Set up sales meetings with potential clients.- Direct prospects to the field sales when needed.- To ensure high service standards by making sure all presentation to customers in accordance to given product guide and sales script- Work closely with Manager to develop and implement sales and services strategies to achieve committed targets in the relevant product through telesales calls.- Enter and update customer information in CRM.- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quote and facilitate future sales.- Keep records of calls and note oof useful information.Job Requirements:- At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.- At least 3-4 year of related working experience in a Telesales.- Basic knowledge of logistics services will be advantage.- Demonstrated sales skills.- Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.- Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills.**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ara Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Telesales: 3 years (required)
