Telemarketing Executive

You are a Telemarketing Executive with some experience and a burning ambition to change the way Malaysians manage their money. Your sales role is centered on helping everyday Malaysians make better financial decisions by providing affordable products.We're looking for driven people to join our sales team and maintain Jirnexu's current position as the Number One Fintech in Malaysia.**What You'll Do**- Outbound Telemarketing, cross selling to existing customers various Financial Products- To ensure monthly sales target are met (KPI)- Educate customers on the benefits of the product and the services- Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion, the ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.- Use a prepared script to influence customers and define eligibility- Follow organisational standards to maintain quality service- Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others- Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues**What You Have**- Proven experience in telesales, any products, we'll train you!- Outstanding phone etiquette- Good communication skills in both English and Malay language- Good interpersonal and selling skills- Persuasion and sales skills- Ability to work under mínimal supervision- Great sense of humour and fun!**Other Benefits**- Fun, young and vibrant team- Dress Code : Smart casual everyday!- Accessible via public transportation- We have an excellent career path waiting for you!
