Telemarketing Executive

Job ResponsibilityConduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.Introduce and promote our products/services to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.Build rapport with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions in the RM system.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize overall sales performance.Stay informed about product/service updates and industry trends.Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and feedback.Job RequirementsProven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Persuasive and results-driven with a passion for sales.Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.Familiarity with RM software and basic computer skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.High school diploma; college degree preferred.Job BenifitsEPF & SocsoAnnual LeaveMedical Leave
