Telemarketing Executive

We at Global Trade Capital, are searching for a vibrant and experienced tele sales representative. GTC, provides equal opportunity chance. Individuals who are given this opportunity will be required to sell a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base.**Responsibilities**:- Call all the provided numbers and identify potential customers- Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts / Product knowledge- Should possess good knowledge of all company products.- Answer questions about products or the company- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and find their interest- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.- Gathering Customer information to follow up, if any.- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed- Enter and update customer information in the CRM Database.- Go the "extra mile" to convert leads to future sales- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information**Skills**:- Minimum 1 year experience in Forex Industry preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge- forex market knowledge- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details- Providing information to customers**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree preferred- The English language is basic- Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia or Vietnam speaker or any International Language is plus- Experience 1+ experience in a similar industry- Employment Type Full Time
