Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.**As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Telemarketing Executive - (Work from Office) **to provide unrivalled support to our clients in the healthcare supplements industry.**Position**- Telemarketing Executive - (Work from Office) - Petaling Jaya- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.- Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.- Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.**Job Requirements**- Proven track record of at least minimum 1 year in B2B Telemarketing & proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone.- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints- Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.- Good time management and organisational skills.- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.- SPM and above**Salary**- Basic RM 2300**Benefits**- Training Provided- Birthday Leave- Annual Leave- Medical Leave- EPF, Socso- Maternity leave**Expected Start Date**:- Immediate ( Urgent Hiring )- Monday to Friday ( 9.00 a.m - 6.00 p.m )**Salary**: RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Petaling Jaya (required)Ability to Relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
