Bhd., a BPO and Technology Solutions provider located in Selangor, where innovation meets excellence.**As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as **Telemarketing Executive **(Work from Home).**Position**- Telemarketing Executive (Work from Home)- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.- Present, promote, and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.- Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets.- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and cross-sell products/services.**Job Requirements**- Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints- Persistent and results-oriented with a positive attitude and a high level of resilience.- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.- Good time management and organisational skills.- SPM and above**Salary**- Up to RM2300**Benefits**- Training Provided- Birthday Leave- Annual Leave- Medical Leave- EPF, Socso- Maternity leave**Expected Start Date**:- Immediate**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Bahasa (required)
