Telemarketing

**Purpose**:We're looking for a dynamic individual who loves to connect with customers over the phone, build engagement and loves customer service.**Responsibility**:- Conduct company event invitation calls to our members and customers, to invite them to attend the company's function, conference and events.- Remind customers and confirm their seat via calls, SMS or WhatsApp after they have registered for an event.- Compile registration list, update status and do daily reporting.- Follow up with attendees after an event to get feedback and collection if the customers signed up for the company's program.- Assist in keeping the company's client information updated.**Requirement**:- Fluent in English communication.- Team player and independent.- No prior experienced Is required.- Open to learning and willing to grow as an individual.- High energy and loves to connect with people in person or over the phone.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
