**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide service and guidance to customers.- Answering customer's queries in any communication channel and provide the best solution to customers.- Update sales statement in the sales tracking system.- Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.- Following up on previous customers for potential sales.- Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.- Develops a strong relationship with customers and generates trust with an open and interactive communication.**Requirements**:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- A strong desire to be involved in sales.- A personality that is not afraid of challenges.- Learns about new (products or services) quickly.- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection & good negotiation skills.- Willingness to learn and research on the market trends.- Able multi-task.- Able to adapt to interacting with any client and have good understanding skills to validate the data and troubleshoot.- Good problem-solving skill.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
