**Position**: Telemarketing**Location**:Platinum Walk, Setapak**Salary**: RM2,300 - RM2,800**Working hours**:Monday- Friday (9-6pm)Job Description:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of generating leads and sales.- Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and interests.- Explain and promote our products/services to potential customers.- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.- Document and update customer records in the CRM system.- Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions to potential customers.- Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competition.- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.- Continuously improve sales and communication skills through training and feedback.Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Early shift**Experience**:- telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
