Telemarketing

**Purpose**:We're looking for a dynamic individual who loves to connect with customers over the phone, build engagement and loves customer service.**Responsibility**:1) Conduct company event invitation calls to our members and customers, to invite them to attend the company's function, conference and events.2) Remind customers and confirm their seat via calls, SMS or WhatsApp after they have registered for an event.3) Compile registration list, update status and do daily reporting.4) Follow up with attendees after an event to get feedback and collection if the customers signed up for the company's program.5) Assist in keeping the company's client information updated.**Requirement**:1) Fluent in English communication.2) Team player and independent.3) No prior experienced Is required.4) Open to learning and willing to grow as an individual.5) High energy and loves to connect with people in person or over the phone.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, ContractContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
