Telemarketing Intern

**Requirement**- Related field (logistic/ supply chain/ freight forwarding)- Self-driven with a positive attitude- Good interpersonal and communication skills- Strong Analytical Skills - Detailed Oriented / Attention to details- Hard working and willing to learn**Responsibilities**:- Build up relationship with customer, follow up customer details- Other duties assigned by manager- Conduct market research for leads online and learn about client profiling- Manage, update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services- Answer questions about services and the company- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales- Direct prospects to the product specialist when needed9am to 6pm from Monday to FridaySalary RM1,500Menara Suez Cap 2, KL Gateway**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3 months**Salary**: RM800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
