Job ResponsibilityMaking Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to a list of existing customers and may use scripts provided to present products or services in a compelling manner.Issue resolution: Listen attentively to customer feedback and concerns, and work diligently to find effective solutions, ensuring a positive experience and customer satisfaction. Product or Service Knowledge: A good understanding of the products or services for promoting purpose. This knowledge allows them to address potential customers' questions and concerns effectively.Customer Engagement: Aim to build rapport with existing customers to increase the likelihood of a successful sale. Building trust and addressing customer needs are crucial aspects of the job.Handling Rejections: Able to handle rejection professionally, turning negative responses into opportunities to address concerns and potentially make a repeat sale.Recordkeeping: Keeping accurate records of calls, customer responses, and sales is important for tracking performance and providing feedback to the sales team or management.Adaptability: The ability to adapt to different situations and respond effectively to various customer personalities is crucial. You may encounter a wide range of responses and must adjust their approach accordingly.Target Achievement: Often work with sales targets or quotas.
