Telemarketing Team Leader

**Requirements**- Have experience in a leadership capacity in a contact center.- Have experience in telesales/telemarketing or any sales position.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.**Responsibility**- Promoting and encouraging good customer management practices / driving agents towards achieving set target and goals.- Monitoring, organizing and coaching team on a day-to-day basis, includes call listening.- Handle escalated calls, complaints, questions and queries as necessary.- Document reports on each team member's performance and targets.- Submit monthly scorecards for incentives purposes to Operations Manager.**Benefits**- **Basic salary range (RM 4,000 - RM5,000)** + Performance Allowance- Annual leave 16 days per annum*- EPF, SOCSO and EIS- Working day : Monday - Friday.- Working hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pmWorking Location : Menara Tokio Marine Life, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How many years of telemarketing experience do you have?- How many years of team leader experience do you have?- What is your expected basic salary?
