Telephonist

_**Job Description **_- Able to operate the PABX system.- Book all outstation, overseas calls for patients, doctors and staff.- Work on (3) rotating shifts covering the department for 24 hours.- Morning - 07.00am - 02.30pm / Evening - 02.00pm - 09.30pm / Night - 09.00pm - 07.00am.- Answer all incoming and outcoming calls from PABX.- Take messages and record in the message book.- Locate doctors for wards and doctors in the hospital.- Record all the Disaster calls and CODE BLUE.- Report and record all faulty phones in the hospital.- To charge hand phone, trunk and overseas calls to the patients by keying into the computer terminal for billing purpose.- Screen all the calls when necessary.- All duties performed by the PABX staffs.- To arrange for staff coverage when PABX staff take leave and to see to the maintenance of the telephone sets during the absence of the PABX Executive.- To look into patients or staffs complaints during the absence of PABX Executive.- To perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
