**Overview**:We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Telesales (_Leads Conversion Specialist_) to join our team. As a Telesales, you will play a pivotal role in converting leads into clients for our CFD Broker company. Lead Engagement:- Understand their needs, answer their questions, and build rapport to establish trust.2. Product Knowledge:- Develop a deep understanding of our CFD products, market trends, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate this information to potential clients.3. Conversion Strategies:- Implement effective strategies to encourage potential clients to take action, whether it's signing up, opening an account, or making their first trade.- Handle objections and concerns, employing persuasive techniques to address them.4. Follow-Up:- Conduct follow-up communications with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet converted.- Keep detailed records of interactions and maintain accurate lead databases.5. Sales Targets:- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets and objectives.- Report on conversion rates and provide insights on lead behavior.6. High Commission:- Benefit from our high commission structure, where your success is rewarded with generous commissions for successfully converting leads into clients.7.
