Responsibilities: Your main goal is to sell 1Fit membership to users who have signed up for the app or have left a purchase request on the website. Achieving sales targets Handling incoming/outgoing requests Managing reporting in CRM Working with the customer at all stages Handling objections professionally Working in shifts from 12pm - 9pm and on alternative weekends Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Want to develop in sales, earn, and have specific goals and aspirations Know sales techniques, can persuade, and are results-oriented Can deeply understand the company's product Are responsible, attentive and resilient to stress Can speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage) At least 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing What we offer: Salary: base salary + Attractive sales commissions up to RM 5 000+ Training and career growth opportunities Work at a startup with global ambitions Free 1Fit subscription Office: KPMG Tower, First Ave, Bandar Utama, 47800 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Product Understanding, Negotiation, Telesales, Communication, Sales Techniques, Telemarketing, Persuasion
