Telesales / Telemarketing Agent (Normal Working

**Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products;- Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages;- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches;- Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary;- Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested;- Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate;- Build an instant rapport through effective communication;- Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively.**Requirements**:- At least 1 year experience in telesales / telemarketing;- Experiences as telesales / telemarketing in automotive or insurance is added advantage;- Well versed speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia;- Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage;- Able to cope with rejections;- Be driven by commission.**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM2,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Experience**:- Telesales / Telemarketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)
