Tenancy Management (Operations) Intern

We are looking for a driven Intern with a basic understanding or interest in property, operations and administration. Under the supervision of our team members, the intern can expect to participate in the following:? Gaining experience in complaint management, defect management, tenant move out management, and key management? Learning about tenancy renewal, rental collection, insurance claim, and eviction? Coordinating and documenting our designer units with the Matterport device? Assist with landlord report preparation, payments, and documentation
RequirementsTo be a strong candidate, you should have a background and/or interest in management and property/real estate and a positive attitude. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback and eager to learn.
