Tenants Customer Relation (Customer Service)

**Qualification and experience**- Good in English and additional languages are advantages- Minimum 1 year work experience in customer service- Can work in shift rotation (till 10pm)- Good communication in inter-personal skill and customer skill- Computer skill in WORDS and EXCELTenant Customer Relation (Customer Service Representative) job description:1. Serves customers by providing service information and resolving service problems2. Attracts customers by answering service questions and suggesting information about other products and services provided in the mall3. Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution4. Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries6. Handle and resolve customer complaints7. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries8.
