Terminal Operations Admin

To perform dispatch activities for terminal loading operations including printing of Bulk Loading Instruction (BLI), security seals recording & dispatching, Delivery Note (DN) printing and all other related items. To be responsible for GSAP release from "Loaded" to "Delivery Confirmed" status- To contact relevant parties & collect all information required in order to keep track in GSAP of the deliveries completed differently from the original plan- To investigate all inconsistent deliveries in order to ensure that the right quantity is invoices to the right customer- To investigate & resolve timely all inconsistencies in loaded & delivered quantities- To perform yellow copy checks & ensure that they are all returned by Haulier. To perform Yellow Copy scanning timely for custom's submission- To ensure and comply with the procedure for an effective hand-over activity between an outgoing and an incoming staff (new or transferee).- To perform all other general administrative duties as & when required- To be part or the terminal Fire fighting, emergency response/oil spill management team and shall participate in the required training/drills**Job Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma in any discipline- Able to start work immediately- Comes with high self integrity- Able to work in Shift**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Bagan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
