Test Engineer

Responsibilities• Write test plans, scenarios and scripts based on software requirements. Define acceptance criteria • Document test results and provide to Team Lead and customer • Investigate and resolve software problems in conjunction with other technical personnel • Monitor defect log including validation of defect, assignment to the developer, coordination of questions with users, and validation of fixed code • Assist with preparing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Contributes to user documents including help files, user guides, and quick tips • Participates in AGILE team meetings • Responsible for proactively identifying risks and mitigations and communicating with Team Lead • Completes assigned tasks on time and meets quality standards Qualifications• 1-2 years of working experience in QA testing or any other relevant experiences• Knowledge and experience in testing methodology/framework in manual testing with Banking domain • Able to work out test planning, test scoping, test scripts/cases, issue/bug reporting, test progress reporting, follow-up on fixes validation, and assist in issue/bug investigation
