Send updates or results of the meeting.Drive communication of issues which impact site and independently take action to rectify issue in a timely mannerMaintain tactical updates daily and project updates on a weekly basis. Updates should show progress against the timelines.Tactical responsivenessDrive investigation of manufacturing issues related to Test processes. Lead teams and drive development where necessaryParticipate with intra-departmental (and multi-site) teams to drive, develop, and implement improvements in equipment or processes that reduce cost ( reduction in scrap, rework, cycle time reduction, or increase in throughput, yield), and/or improve quality and/or reliabilityActively share information with other team members to raise level of awareness and knowledge in the department, site, or larger industry groupsENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH, SAFETY, and SECURITYFollow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with regulationsBe an active participant in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.)Be proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards or environmental releasesJob Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.Experienced with electrical engineering, as applicable to memory devices and test hardware.Strong logical thinking, as applied to general programming and problem solving.Experienced with testing logic and leading products/projects. Familiar on cross groups communication.Good understanding of component test/equipment/programming is preferred.Strong communication and presentation skills
